Zimkor is proud to underwrite CSM’s bridge teams and has for decades; we are proud to provide materials, shop space and shop fabrication training/techniques to allow the students to safely and competently produce their entries. Zimkor has always enjoyed a terrific relationship with the school in this fashion as well as general support to help the school produce the best steel engineering graduates for tomorrow’s steel construction environment.
We also highlight our own Dave Genova; Dave serves as (and always has been) the primary mentor and guide for the CSM teams. The 2017 trips to Salt Lake City and Corvallis will mark Dave’s 19th year serving as a regional and national judge for the competitions!!! THANK YOU Dave! Near to the President’s heart, Casey Brown graduated from CSM in 1985 with a BS in Geophysical Engineering, making the school an easy sponsorship choice for Zimkor. GO OREDIGGERS!
